1. Scope
These terms apply to direct sales of signed books via booksbylibertas.com by LIBERTAS Treuhand GmbH (brand "Books by LIBERTAS"), Wartstr. 1c, 6331 Hünenberg, Switzerland. Purchases on Amazon are subject to Amazon's terms. The German version prevails.
2. Delivery area
Direct sales are limited to delivery addresses in Switzerland. Orders from other countries are possible via Amazon.
3. Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT, packaging and shipping within Switzerland.
4. Contract and payment
By completing payment with our payment provider Stripe, you place a binding order. The contract is concluded with our confirmation email. Payment is made in advance using the payment methods offered by Stripe. For pre-orders, payment is taken immediately; the book ships as soon as it is available (expected from mid-November 2026).
5. Dedication
You may enter a dedication when ordering. We will handwrite it as faithfully as possible.
6. Delivery
Delivery time: Shipping from approx. mid-November 2026. For delivery before Christmas, please order by 18 December 2026. Shipped with Swiss Post. While stocks last.
7. Returns

8. Defects and transport damage
If a book arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 14 days. We will find a solution (replacement or refund).
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of LIBERTAS Treuhand GmbH, to the extent permitted by law.
